Packaging Policy
Gift boxes- are made from recycled Kraft cardboard, we have left them unbranded in the hope you use them again.
Gift box filling- is shredded unwanted mail/junk/old notepads/used envelopes or from packages we receive.
Business cards- are made from packaging we receive stamped up with the SEW So Eco logo.
RECYCLE-REUSE-REPURPOSE
Bottles
The glass bottles remain the property of SEW So Eco, payment of a deposit enables you to use them whilst you are a customer.
We reserve the right to charge the customer for any lost/damaged bottles.
We will collect our empty bottles when we deliver your future orders, rather than make special journeys where we can. Alternatively, you can drop any empties to us.
Refund Policy
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase , please get in touch with us straight away to discuss.
Deposit & Payment
On your first order you are required to pay a £5 deposit to enable us to keep our glass bottles in circulation. If you decide you no longer want to order from us we will return your deposit once you have returned the bottles.
All deliveries are subject to a minimum order value.
Orders must be paid in full before delivery.
Products & Safety
All of the liquid products we supply produced from sustainably sourced plant based ingredients, cruelty-free and vegan. It is your responsibility to test each product prior to use to reduce the risk of allergic reaction. Product information with ingredients, instructions and hazard warnings is listed on our website.
The bottles we supply are intended for decanting purposes only into suitable containers of your choice. We are not responsible for any mishandling or accidents whilst using our bottles once they have been delivered. We do not recommend storing the glass bottles in bathrooms.
Toilet cleaner will be delivered in bottles with child-proof caps.
Although the majority of our products contain no toxic chemicals, we would strongly recommend keeping all bottles out of the reach of children and pets.
Accounts & Termination
We reserve the right terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use your account will immediately cease.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Disclaimer
When delivering to the doorstep or designated safe space the customer takes full responsibility of the security of these items once delivered.
By placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out in this document.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
